Jay Hopson Update
Jay and Michelle are on their way home from Indianapolis. The pathology report revealed seminoma cell, which is the most responsive form of testicular cancer. The prognosis is very positive, as it is believed the cancer was contained. Jay and Michelle appreciate your thoughts and prayers. Jay will have check-ups every three months to monitor progress.

Jay and Michelle,
This is such good news. I never would have a doubt of a positive outcome --- first, so many thoughts and prayers from family and friends, second, a strong family unit, and, third, Jay always showed successful determination even when he was a fifth grade football player (he hit hard even then). Alicia and I will continue thinking and praying for you and the whole family.
Jay....this is Mitch Tinsley, ole Tulane and Gulfport boy checking in on you. Have heard news of late and want to wish you the best of luck with the surgery and your recovery. There is no doubt you have the whole Gulf South pulling for you and wishing nothing but the best of prayers and thoughts for you and your family. Keep your head up and keep those positive thoughts in your mind. If I can do anything for you please dont hesitate to call.
Jay & Maw,
We have been thinking of you constantly and praying for you both daily. Bubba told me today that you made it home safely. Try to rest when you can. I hope to talk to you soon-
Love you,
Laney & Boys
